Each Astral Analysis credit unlocks a single piece of text for analysis. This means that if you upload 1000 responses to be analyzed, you will need 1000 credits. If you upload 1000 responses and only want to analyze 500 of them, you will only need 500 credits. Unused credits will remain in your account until you use them.
If you have already analyzed a response and want to reanalyze it, you won’t be charged again. You can reanalyze responses as many times as you want without using additional credits. This is subject to change in the future.
We offer an extended trial for organizations that need more time to evaluate Astral Analysis. If you need more than 500 credits to evaluate Astral Analysis, please send us an email!
If you’re not satisfied with the results of your analysis, we will refund your credits no questions asked. We want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.
